Glawandius.com is the name of a domain that displays unwanted browser pop-ups associated with it. When the users land on a subpage of glawandius.com, they are greeted with a box asking for permission to send notifications to their browser. If the users decline, they are looped back to a fake "I am not a robot" prompt, which then re-launches the permission pop-up.
The end goal of the Glawandius.com is to trick the user into allowing notifications from glawandius.com. This will lead to a stream of annoying and unwanted pop-ups and notifications being sent to the victim’s browser. The domain also will attempt to trick the visitors into believing that they need to allow notifications to prove that they are not a robot, which no real website does.
Even if you end up allowing the notifications, it’s easy to get rid of them later on relatively. Just click the Chrome menu button in the upper right corner of the browser window, select Settings, click on Privacy and security and click on Site Settings in the new section that opens. In the new menu that shows up, you can select Notifications and then remove glawandius.com from the list of sites that can send you notifications. This should be an easy fix for the issue, and it will allow you to use your computer without any further interruptions from glawandius.com.
